Easy to put together and great quality product. At first I couldn’t pull it up and do a squat…thought I did something wrong, nope just weak! Once I removed the elastics I was able to do a full squat. One thing that the other reviews have said that I don’t agree with…it’s not easy on the knees. I felt a lot of knee strain. I made the seat higher and that seemed to help, but if you have bad knees you may want to try a different type of machine.
